Occasionally, we encounter damage that requires repairs for the integrity of the finished flooring. We are able to complete select subflooring repairs within the larger job once the cause for an issue is resolved. We take pride to make sure that the job is complete from the subflooring to the finished flooring.
FloorMasters does not do stand alone subflooring repairs or hardwood flooring repairs as a new service.
The floors picture below had a small amount of termite damage near the staircase. The area was treated before we started the flooring project. This client chose red oak hardwood flooring to be installed for their project. The newly installed flooring was sanded, refinished and coated with three coats of polyurethane.
